🔁 Returns & Replacements

We offer replacements only in case of:

• Damaged or broken products

• Wrong item received

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size mismatch, or dissatisfaction with natural imperfections (as many items are handcrafted or made from natural materials).

🎥 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

• Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening the package.

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

Without an unboxing video, no replacements or refunds will be processed.

💰 Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Only replacements are provided for valid issues as stated above.

Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible (such as out-of-stock situations).

🚚 Return Pickup

In case of eligible replacement:

• A return pickup will be scheduled from your address.

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and safely packed.
